A 2001 graduate of Florida State University, he possesses extensive experience in operations, maintenance, quality assurance, and project development, including direct field leadership in restoring distressed projects to profitability while maintaining strict contractual and regulatory compliance. ic challenges, we remained resilient.

Throughout his career, Mr. Verraneault has held engineering, managerial, and executive positions, consistently delivering operational excellence in complex and high‑risk environments.
